In this CRANE webinar, we explored how nature-inspired startups have used CRANE to translate forward-looking impact assessments into clear, compelling narratives. Gigi Alsaadi (Prime Coalition) and Sarah McInerney (the Biomimicry Institute’s Ray of Hope Accelerator (ROHA)) shared a joint case study in which Prime’s pilot advisory services team led a Guided Modeling process to support founders in building custom impact models using CRANE.

The Startup Impact Showcase session featured three Activate and ROHA-affiliated startups that assessed their impact with support from Prime’s services team:

• Jonathan Good, CEO, Scentian Bio

Each presentation used Project Frame–aligned case-study templates developed by the CRANE team, designed to help startups communicate key methods, assumptions, and results behind their impact assessments.
