CRANE Used in the Eclipse Carbon Optimization Report
Eclipse Ventures used CRANE to develop a methodology for the open-source Eclipse Carbon Optimization (ECO) Framework, which assesses the impacts of emerging tech. They assessed 13 portfolio companies, finding that this portfolio subset could reduce an equivalent of 4 percent of total U.S. carbon emissions.
